Getting Started 

 

What happens if I already have an account with Opal?

We'd recommend that you skip the form and contact us. We'll be able to get everything up and ready for you to log in.  

How do I get an account? 

You can sign up for an account here

How do I log in to the website?

You'll need your username (email) and password, which you will have created at sign up. Or we have emailed instructions to your account.

I don't know my password?

You can reset your password here

 

Products

 

Do I still have access to my products?

Yes, your company products are located under 'My Catalogue' in the main menu. 

Why can't I see my products? 

If you have a business account with us, let us know if there isn't anything listed under 'My Catalogue'. We'll need to check on a few things to see what might be causing the issue. 

How can I find my products? 

Head up to the search bar and start typing! 

Or if you're not having any luck there, pop over to LiveChat, and we'll help you track the product down. 

 

Ordering and Shipping 

 

Where can I find my addresses?

Addresses can be found found upon checkout, via the dropdown box. If there are any addresses missing, please let us know.

Why does my pricing look different sometimes?

There is a toggle next to the shopping cart, where you can switching between including and excluding GST.

This is the usual culprit, however, if you're still having issues and odd pricing, let us know and we'd be glad to take a look over things.

Will I be able to view my order history?

Yes, you will have full visability of your orders - old and new. 

How do I find an order?

You can search from a past order by using the filters at the top of the page. You will be able to filter by location, Purchase Order Number, and date.
